The Carolina Home Rehab Project (a.k.a "The CHRP") is a real estate investment company wherein we help investors find great properties to transform and offer our homeowner partners a great price for their properties.

I love Real Estate and I love people so it was only a natural progression in my professional career to help people keep, or sell, their beloved homes at a fair price. I started the Carolina Home Rehab Project help change the not-so prettiest homes in the neighborhoods into the most beautiful homes on the block. As a wholesaler; I also help other real estate investors do the same!
